We have had wonderful service from Climate Control Heating and Air since the installation of our heat pump almost 10 years ago. The technicians have been very knowledgeable about the service we required.Posted on Google![]()

Climate Control techs installed a brand new unit but didn't cover all the wiring with the panel that clearly comes with the unit. It's exposed and out in the weather. Requested to have it put on but still haven't heard back.+1Posted on Google![]()

We could not be happier with Climate Control Air. They handle our regular maintenance and our emergency repair yesterday. Jimmy is a great dispatcher and Matthew did great work. They are always conscientious and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and their work outstanding!Posted on Google![]()

Technician was very thorough in his diagnostics as Climate Control always is. Worked thru some issues instead of just throwing parts on unitPosted on Google![]()

Austin was a great company rep. And seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was on time and polite. I just thought it was a little expensive for Freon but I’m not sure. The a/c is still running constantly but it is extremely hot outPosted on Google![]()

I would love to give a great review, and I would have until I had to have warranty work done on my heat pump. I had a simple capacitor go out which is covered under my 10 year parts warranty. I contacted Amana which verified that Climate Control is reimbursed for the part. I was charged $135 by Climate Control for what they said was an ordering fee. Amana confirmed that they do not charge any fee to Climate Control for the part or shipping the part if it is warranty. The person on the phone on at CC specifically said it was a fee for filling out the paperwork to order the part. I can go online and order this part. Why would I be paying a fee for a person working in their office. This is just a way that they are passing their overhead expenses onto the consumer. I would not recommend them and if you do make sure you get in writing what you will be charged for if they do a warranty call. Now I am worried about future expenses when I thought I was getting a 10 year warranty but may have to pay extra fees which they are making up which Amana says should not be charged as part of the Amana warranty. I wonder if Climate Control is still locally owned. If they are they will begin to lose business in the Village as people will start to shop around as the word gets around.Posted on Google![]()
