We were smart enough to switch to them last year.  They are great!  Prompt, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable.  We cannot express how well they treat us. Semi annual inspection on HVAC and humidifier. Tech was polite, explained what he planned to do. Asked if I have had concerns about the performance of the unit. None.
